Muscle Soothe Gel

Plai essential oil is the active ingredient in this gel — a relative of ginger, commonly called Thai Ginger, but without the heat. The action of this gel is of a yin nature and especially targets the connective tissues, including the ligaments, tendons, bones, and the joints. (Plai has long been used by Thai massage therapists to relieve joint and muscle problems.) It can also be used on joints and ligaments before activities. Comes in an airless pump bottle, so all the product gets dispensed.

Ingredients: Water-Based gel and essential oils of Plai (Zingiber cassumunar), Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) and Lemon (Citrus limonum).
